Our company endorses April Dream, an initiative to make April 1st a day for announcing dreams. This press release represents the dream of "ReverV, a Specified Non-Profit Organization."

ReverV, a Specified Non-Profit Organization (Location: Nishinomiya City, Hyogo Prefecture; Representative Director: Daiki Nakajima), is participating in PR TIMES' "April Dream" project and is announcing the future ReverV envisions.

ReverV's dream is to create a society where difficulties in life do not become a reason to give up on dreams.

Among those who feel difficulties in life, there are people who feel anxious about connecting with others, those who have lost confidence in working, and those who cannot find their place. Originally, living authentically, connecting with someone, working, and having dreams should not be closed off to anyone. However, in reality, many people cannot take that first step due to various circumstances and difficulties.

ReverV aims to increase the number of **"safe places to connect"** for such people. We want to gradually expand the initiative that started from one place, increase the number of locations, and grow our network of like-minded colleagues, thereby delivering a sense of belonging and possibilities to more people. That is the future ReverV envisions.

What we aim for is not merely to increase the number of support facilities. It is to create encounters where someone might think, "Maybe it's okay here." To accumulate experiences where they might think, "Maybe I can do it too." And to expand a society where people can once again think positively about living and working authentically.

ReverV values new ways of connecting and supporting each other, beyond the framework of welfare. As times and values change, we aim to reach people who were difficult to reach with traditional methods, creating a society where isolation is less likely, challenges are easier to take, and the number of people experiencing difficulties in life gradually decreases.

This may still be a small step. Nevertheless, ReverV believes that the accumulation of these steps will change the future.

Actually, I have participated in this project as an individual before, but I am delighted to participate as an organization this time.

ReverV has just started, but we will continue our activities to increase our bases and colleagues in the future, and to reduce the difficulties in life for everyone involved, even if only a little.

My name is Terai, a staff member of ReverV Works.

My dream is to contribute to creating a world where people are interested in others and treat each other with kindness.

In a world like this, everyone is struggling, and we tend to prioritize ourselves.

But we are not the only ones living in this world.

I believe I am not the only one who wishes for such a warm world where we care for others, and others care for us in return.

However, this awareness, this system, is far too unknown to the world.

I want to spread the possibility of such happiness.

I believe that "welfare" helps achieve this, and is indeed its very essence.

A world where welfare is widely realized is my dream.

Matsuzaki's (Rei Okana) Dream

I am Rei Okana / Matsuzaki, a staff member of ReverV Works.

Considering my past professional experience and the trends of the times, I have come to believe that being employed by a single company until retirement is a risky endeavor.

I feel that in this era, a livelihood dependent on employment is difficult to rebuild when it collapses due to environmental changes.

In an era when lifetime employment was considered stable, and the foundational companies were strong, that might have been acceptable. But now, it takes time to get back on track when you hit a wall.

Perhaps, one might even stop there entirely.

In fact, I once stopped myself.

Through that experience, I personally now want to acquire new skills while working at ReverV Works, learn to utilize the skills and knowledge I've gained externally, and develop the ability to live as an independent individual.

And I have the same desire for the users who come to ReverV Works. I hope we can learn together so they can acquire the strength to live their lives.

Wataame Towa's Dream

I'm Wataame Towa! I have been continuously sharing my experiences as a VTuber from a firsthand perspective.

And of course, I have often provided consultations.

However, I have often encountered problems that are difficult to resolve entirely online.

For people who need real-world support, for people who need to take action themselves, if only I could give them a push...

My frustrating feelings can actually be realized at ReverV! Connecting the real and virtual to provide support.

Being able to say, "If you have a problem, you can rely on this place," is a huge thing!

Torai On's Dream

I'm Torai On, a staff member of ReverV Works!

Until now, I have repeatedly stumbled in my career, struggling to convey my characteristics effectively while changing jobs.

After quitting jobs, my depressive symptoms worsened, and there were times when I couldn't even get my life back on track.

What changed after coming to ReverV is that I started thinking about how to live on my own strength, rather than relying solely on "being employed."

This is a place where I am expected to think and act for myself, but also where I can be supported when I falter. I am still incomplete and searching in a world without clear answers.

Nevertheless, I can continue to move forward because I have an environment where my way of progressing is not denied.

Through the lifestyle of working as a VTuber, I want to show the users of ReverV that "it's not the end if you can't work normally," but "there are other ways to live." That is my dream.
