In response to customer requests to securely store multiple cars and motorcycles, we proposed a home with a large garage that allows owners to enjoy their hobbies and daily life alongside their beloved vehicles.
The first floor features a large-span garage space with minimal pillars, creating an open and spacious home that can comfortably accommodate cherished cars. Structural integrity has also been carefully considered to ensure a home that can be lived in safely and for a long time.
Rethinx leverages its expertise gained from the renovation business to build homes that are not only beautiful upon completion but also consider future maintenance and ease of living.
Garage Space Aligned with Customer Vision, Integrated into Daily Life

Blending the Warmth of Wood with the Strength of Steel: Structural Design for Large Spans
When creating large spaces like garages, the structural strength of the building is crucial. This project utilizes Panasonic's "Techno Structure" earthquake-resistant housing construction method, which combines the advantages of wooden construction with the strength of steel in load-bearing beams.
A key feature is the ability to confirm the overall strength of the house through detailed structural calculations for each building. This project took advantage of this feature to realize a large-span garage space with fewer pillars, aiming to balance the openness for comfortably accommodating cherished cars with the peace of mind of a secure home.

Design Looking Towards the Future, Informed by Renovation Experience
Through numerous renovation projects, Rethinx has encountered and addressed challenges related to usability, future maintenance, and equipment upgrades.
