Sanctuary Court Takayama to Launch "Eating Museum" Afternoon Tea Inspired by Lalique Fountain

Sanctuary Court Takayama, an art gallery resort in Gifu Prefecture, will offer a special afternoon tea at its Italian restaurant RISTORANTE OZIO starting May 18, 2026. Based on the concept of an "Eating Museum," the tea service is themed after René Lalique's masterpiece fountain displayed in the lobby. The set features approximately 15 types of artistic sweets and savories presented on a custom tea stand. Limited to only 6 sets per day with mandatory reservations, prices start at 8,500 yen, with a special package including Hida Takayama Museum of Art admission available for 9,800 yen.
