Resorttrust, Inc. (Headquarters: Nagoya, Aichi Prefecture) will launch a new value co-creation platform called "Membership Lounge" within its official smartphone app, the "RTTG App," on April 1, 2026.
In our medium-term management plan, "Sustainable Connect ~to wellbeing~ 2.0," our group is advancing the expansion of digital domains and the utilization of data marketing. Simultaneously, we are building systems capable of flexibly responding to diversifying customer needs by further strengthening our member support structure.
The "Membership Lounge" being launched is a concrete initiative to realize the goal of this plan: "a virtuous cycle of growth centered on the 'membership' system, where customers and employees act as one." By connecting members, employees, and society and fostering two-way communication, we aim to further enhance our value as a membership club.
A Next-Generation Communication Platform While we have previously collected member feedback through surveys and other means, the newly launched "Membership Lounge" will visualize interactions between the company and our members on the app. By "visualizing" the consensus on requests received from members and ensuring "transparency" in the implementation of measures, we will achieve "co-creation" with our members.
Furthermore, the introduction of this service will evolve into a next-generation communication platform where we walk alongside our members—from daily service improvements to large-scale projects and even the resolution of social issues—through real-time, two-way communication.
Specific Member Needs and the Three Functions of "Membership Lounge" In the "Membership Lounge," we will shape diverse needs (voices), ranging from minor daily requests to large-scale facility requirements, through the following three functions:
Member Voices (Participation in major business projects) We will seek input on relatively large business projects, such as "whether to build a new hot spring facility at XIV Yamanakako." Members can easily express their intentions (reactions) with a "Good" or "Bad" vote.
Member Voting (Co-creating daily services) Members can easily vote in a four-choice format on daily operational options, such as "Which cuisine would you prefer for the next event: Japanese, Western, or Chinese?" or "What features would you like added to the app?" The collected information will be used to provide services with higher satisfaction levels.
Co-creation with Members (Transparency of realized content) Based on the voices received from members, we will report on what measures were actually implemented (e.g., consideration of adding a hot spring facility at Yamanakako), thereby increasing the transparency of the process and results.
Future Vision Through the "Membership Lounge," our group will foster a culture of a sustainable "next-generation membership club" where members, employees, and society unite to share social contributions and joy. Moving forward, we will work on the following two themes through this platform, demonstrating our significance as a membership business company more than ever before:
- Sustainable Collaboration: We will consider building a system to contribute jointly with our members to social issues such as environmental and food problems. - Supporting Everyone: We will consider a system where members, their families, and employees can support sports teams and athletes together.
