The new company, with a capital of 100 million JPY, was established on April 1, 2026, focusing on the production, processing, and sales of agricultural and marine products, as well as producer support.

Resorttrust, Inc. (hereinafter referred to as "the Company") hereby announces the establishment of "RT Farm, Inc." (hereinafter referred to as "RT Farm"), a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company, as follows.

Under the brand identity "Let's live a good life together," our group operates hotel management businesses such as member-based resort hotels "Baycourt Club," "Sanctuary Court," and "XIV," and luxury hotel "The Kahala Hotel & Resort," as well as medical, senior life, and golf businesses.
