■ Background and Reason for Development: Career Education for Future Generations (Human Capital Investment) and Social Value Provision
Currently, Japan's working population is entering an irreversible decline phase, predicted to fall to 52 million by 2050. The importance for students who will lead the future society to think about their careers early and expand their choices has never been higher.
However, traditional recruitment activities often deprive students of the opportunity to speak about their 'true selves.' Believing that 'to raise professionals who make people happy, we first need an environment where they can believe in themselves,' our group launched this project as a social contribution for 'career education (human capital investment)' for future generations. By providing a virtual space accessible at any time, we build an environment where students can face their values and learn as equals with professional partners before their job hunt begins in earnest.
