■ Experience Gastronomy Tourism in Okinawa
—Gourmet Accommodation Plan by Chef Hisayuki Matsuoka, who trained at Michelin-starred restaurants—
In recent years, travelers' needs have evolved beyond mere accommodation and sightseeing to 'journeys that deeply experience the local culture and food.' In particular, there is growing interest in 'gastronomy tourism,' which involves enjoying local ingredients, the background of producers, and the stories of chefs, with food itself increasingly becoming the purpose of travel.

This project is a special accommodation plan where guests can enjoy innovative cuisine that fuses Okinawan ingredients with cooking techniques cultivated in various countries around the world. Chef Hisayuki Matsuoka (Okinawa Restaurant PAUL), who has gained experience in Michelin-starred restaurants worldwide, and Hotel Resol Trinity Naha have collaborated to provide a special stay that integrates a gourmet experience utilizing the charm of Okinawan ingredients with accommodation. The cuisine is structured as a course that allows guests to experience Okinawa's nature and climate with all five senses, expressing the appeal of local ingredients in a new form. As a special event limited to 7 pairs (14 people) each day, it offers a premium gastronomy tourism experience that integrates accommodation and gourmet food.

Through this project, Hotel Resol Trinity Naha aims to promote the appeal of Okinawan food culture and disseminate new charms of Okinawa through experiential accommodation that utilizes local resources.

■ Chef's Comment (Chef Hisayuki Matsuoka, Okinawa Restaurant PAUL)
Okinawan ingredients possess both strength and delicacy. I value elevating them into cuisine with an innovative expression, maximizing their appeal while not being bound by existing frameworks. I hope that guests can feel the unique flow of time and atmosphere of this land through the dishes, creating a memorable experience.
