RePlayce Inc. (Headquarters: Shibuya-ku, Tokyo; CEO: Masahiro Yamamoto, hereinafter RePlayce), an educational startup developing career exploration services for junior high and high school students, has been commissioned to operate the "Fiscal Year 2026 Next-Generation AI Business Planner Training Program Operations" sponsored by Shizuoka Prefecture. This commission marks the third consecutive year of operating entrepreneurship development programs for young people in Shizuoka Prefecture, following the first and second terms of the predecessor "FuJI" program.

With the mission to "update the current state of education," RePlayce develops practical educational programs that bring about transformation in the conventional, uniform education system.

This fiscal year, marking our third year, we are launching a new program, "Next-Generation AI Business Planner (FuJI:AI)," which will fully integrate rapidly evolving "AI utilization skills" with the foundational "entrepreneurial mindset" and "business development skills" cultivated so far. In collaboration with Shizuoka Prefecture, we will foster next-generation innovators who can dramatically accelerate problem-solving in real society and business creation through practical experiences such as "vibe coding," where students create web and app prototypes using only verbal instructions, going beyond simply acquiring AI knowledge.

Background of This Initiative

Against the backdrop of the government's "5-Year Plan for Startup Development" and Shizuoka Prefecture's startup support strategy, momentum for entrepreneurship education for young people is rapidly increasing. However, conventional educational settings often remain at the level of formal inquiry-based learning, with a structural issue of insufficient practical experience directly connected to real society and cutting-edge technology.

To address this challenge, RePlayce is promoting this project with the aim of fostering "autonomous challenging spirits" by investing all of its know-how in cultivating entrepreneurial mindset and digital literacy, gained through its own schools, enabling students to make their own judgments in situations without clear answers and to repeatedly experiment in the field.

The operational achievements over the past two years (FuJI Terms 1 & 2), along with the dramatic changes in participants' stances and behavioral transformations, have received extremely high evaluations as solid objective outcome data, leading to this third consecutive commission.

Analysis Report of Previous Year's (FuJI Term 2) Participant Survey

In FuJI Term 2 last year, an entrepreneurship development program was implemented for 19 participants over approximately 7 months. A survey conducted after the program's completion confirmed dramatic improvements in their attitudes towards the future, self-efficacy, and views on work.

Overwhelming Program Satisfaction

The program received extremely high ratings, with overall program satisfaction at 4.58 (out of 5) and satisfaction with instructors and skill lectures at 4.79 (out of 5).

Specific Behavioral Changes

At the end of the program, 57.9% of participants responded that they "want to start a business in the future," and 26.3% responded that their "interest increased." This led not only to a change in awareness but also to tangible actions, with students spontaneously challenging external business contests.

Overview of the Initiative

This year's "Next-Generation AI Business Planner (FuJI:AI)" will be conducted in a hybrid format combining real-world (envisaging incubation facilities like "SHIP") and online (Zoom, our own metaverse space) environments, with a systematic, practical curriculum of approximately 7 months consisting of the following 6 steps:

Startup Camp (3 nights, 4 days): An intensive entrepreneurship camp to form teams, discover everyday challenges, and learn basic concepts of generative AI and prompt design.

Entrepreneurship Experience Program (5 AI Utilization Models): To translate AI into business models, participants will conduct advanced research and business model construction using AI, based on five approach models.

Group Training (Boot Camp / 1 night, 2 days): Practice "vibe coding," where app and web service prototypes are created using only verbal instructions to AI.

Site Visit Program (Startup Tour / 1 night, 2 days): Visit cutting-edge companies and innovation facilities such as "Shibuya QWS" in Tokyo. Intermediate presentations and feedback will be given in front of guest judges.

Events with Advanced Region Lecturers: Two panel sessions will be held in conjunction with the Startup Camp and Tour, themed "AI Utilization in Business" and "AI Utilization in Japan and Overseas," to foster an "AI x Global Mindset."

Outcome Presentation: A final presentation of the developed business ideas and prototypes will be held, inviting local companies and financial institutions. Feasibility, AI utilization, and other factors will be comprehensively evaluated.

Alumni Collaboration and Value-Added Support: During the program, participants will receive free access to RePlayce's online career exploration school for junior and high school students, "TANQ BASE." Furthermore, a peer support system will be established where graduates from the first and second terms will act as senior mentors to support the current cohort.

Features of This Initiative

RePlayce's greatest strengths lie in its "implementation capability for education closest to society" and "high reproducibility," which go beyond mere conceptual teaching.

Our affiliated correspondence high school support school, "HR High School," has a two-tiered structure: a "learning foundation that enables acquisition of credits necessary for a high school diploma" and a "progressive school that provides practical learning open to society (such as inquiry-based learning, entrepreneurship education, and AI education)." While ensuring institutional security, we have established a system that seamlessly connects education and society, with mission-based projects in collaboration with leading Japanese corporations and cutting-edge IT companies forming the core of the curriculum. This advanced design know-how, which integrates the mechanisms of real society into the operation of educational sites, is a unique strength that cannot be replicated by other companies.

Value to Students

By utilizing advanced AI technologies (Gemini, ChatGPT, GitHub Copilot, etc.) and creating products from scratch, students can acquire "non-cognitive skills (self-efficacy, perseverance)" necessary to navigate an era without definitive answers through practical field experience.

Value to Society, Local Governments, and Corporations

By having students engage with local real-world issues and existing industries and conceive businesses using AI, this initiative directly contributes to fostering local pride, creating related populations, and building a regional brand as an "education-leading city" where young people and the region learn together.

Future Outlook

Through this project, we will continuously produce next-generation innovators from Shizuoka Prefecture who wield advanced technology as a weapon. In the future, we aim to build a new educational market ecosystem originating from Japan by leveraging the practical knowledge and outcomes gained from this program to expand educational services at each campus of HR High School, and by collaborating with application and implementation support packages for educational reform (such as the N-E.X.T. High School Concept) for local governments and schools nationwide.
