RePlayce Inc. With this new opening, we will begin expanding into the Kansai area, following the Tokyo metropolitan area (Yoyogi, Shibuya, Yokohama), and deliver learning centered on inquiry-based career education, AI education, and entrepreneurship education to more students.

Background of New Campus Opening

Since its opening in April 2025, HR High School has provided practical learning as a "school closest to society" through encounters with over 100 working adults and collaborative PBL (Project Based Learning) with companies. "YOYOGI BASE," the first campus opened in Yoyogi, reached its capacity within six months of opening, and new campuses are scheduled to open in Shibuya and Yokohama in Spring 2026, showing steady expansion in the Tokyo metropolitan area. Graduates in March 2026 have also gone on to universities such as ICU and Digital Hollywood University, indicating its expansion as a new option for high school life.

In today's society, known as a "VUCA era," with many jobs becoming replaceable due to the rise of AI, there is an increasing demand for the development of skills to pose one's own questions and tackle problem-solving collaboratively with others. Interest in educational forms that meet diverse learning needs is growing, and demand for inquiry-based learning that emphasizes connections with the real world and career education tailored to individual interests is expanding. We provide learning essential for the coming era, such as developing problem-solving skills through projects with companies, fostering non-cognitive skills through collaboration with various people, and developing applications using generative AI.

Furthermore, to spark global interest, we also offer opportunities to acquire the skills needed to live in a global society, such as short-term study abroad programs in Malaysia, San Francisco, and Boston.

These learning needs are not limited to the Tokyo metropolitan area. RePlayce is opening its first campus in Kobe to deliver next-generation education centered on the keywords "inquiry," "transcendence," and "co-creation" to students in the Kansai area. Moving forward, we aim to provide more diverse and practical education while promoting collaboration with companies and local governments in the Kansai region. We are also seeking companies in the Kansai region interested in collaborating on youth education.

High school life is also a time for youth. We provide opportunities for youthful experiences and challenges typical of high school life, such as school trips, cultural festivals, and sports days. The number of challenges (expressions, failures, calls for participation, cross-border experiences) both inside and outside school exceeds 1,000 per year, fostering students' independence.
