RePlayce Inc. (Headquarters: Shibuya-ku, Tokyo; Representative Director: Masahiro Yamamoto), which develops career education programs for junior and senior high school students, is pleased to announce the start of a collaboration with Another works Inc. (Headquarters: Minato-ku, Tokyo; President and Representative Director: Naotomo Obayashi; hereinafter referred to as "the Company") and the Private Human Resource Education Participation Promotion Organization (Chairman: Tatsuya Hotta; hereinafter referred to as "PPTP") to promote the creation of new educators in the field of education through side jobs.

Background of the Alliance

Amidst the declining birthrate, aging population, and diversification of careers, the importance of "inquiry-based learning" and career education is increasing in school education. However, due to the heavy workload of teachers and a shortage of specialized personnel, there are limitations to realizing learning that is tailored to each student.

RePlayce has, through its inquiry and career education programs for junior and senior high school students, realized the value and potential of diverse private sector personnel being involved in education.

However, on the other hand, we believe that challenges remain in creating a sustainable mechanism to connect the education sector with private sector personnel, particularly regarding: ・Ensuring educational skills ・Providing reassurance to the receiving side ・Continuous supply of human resources

Against this backdrop, PPTP was established as a mechanism to realize high-quality inquiry-based learning in a sustainable manner for both the education sector and the private sector. Another works operates a platform that connects side job professionals with companies and local governments, and has supported talent utilization in various fields, including over 2,000 companies and approximately 190 local governments and educational institutions. In the education sector, it aims to leverage this mechanism to expand the utilization of human resources in areas of high social significance.

This alliance combines the strengths of these three parties to achieve everything from the creation of educational personnel to quality assurance.

Alliance Content and Outlook

Through this alliance, we aim to create a new co-creation model in the education sector by combining RePlayce's practical knowledge in career education and inquiry-based learning for junior and senior high school students, PPTP's specialized knowledge regarding educational training and certification systems, and Another works' network of side job professionals and matching expertise for private sector specialists. In particular, by returning practical knowledge, expertise, and cross-border experience cultivated in the private sector to the education field, we will foster each student's spirit of inquiry and career ownership, and promote the formation of a sustainable human resource base to support inquiry-based learning and career education.

Furthermore, as the first initiative of this alliance, we will hold a joint event on the themes of "The Potential of Private Sector Personnel in the Education Field" and "The First Step to Starting a Side Job in Education." On the day of the event, Masahiro Yamamoto, Representative Director of RePlayce Inc., Yoshihiro Kaneko, Director and Professor of the Education Incubation Center at Tokyo Gakugei University, and Eiko Kuroda, Brand Manager of Another works Inc., will speak about the current situation and changes surrounding the education field, mechanisms for private sector personnel to get involved in education, and realistic perspectives required in the field.

The three parties will continue to strengthen their collaboration and create new value in the education sector.
