RePlayce Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Shibuya-ku, Tokyo; Representative Director CEO: Masahiro Yamamoto; hereinafter RePlayce), which develops career exploration services for junior and senior high school students, and MIXI, Inc. (Shibuya-ku, Tokyo; Representative Director, Senior Executive Officer CEO: Hiroki Kimura; hereinafter MIXI) have concluded a naming rights agreement for the Shibuya campus of "HR Koto Gakuin," a correspondence high school support school operated by RePlayce. As a result, the campus opened on Monday, April 20, 2026, as "HR Koto Gakuin SHIBUYA MIXI BASE."
Through this partnership, both companies will launch the "Let's Create a Campus" project, in which companies are deeply involved in school management. They will disseminate new forms of learning co-created by companies and schools from Shibuya through AI special classes (seminars) and PBL (Project-Based Learning).
Background of the Partnership
MIXI develops businesses that create rich communication based on values such as "User Surprise First" and "Invention, Immersion, Sincerity." In recent years, the company has established a company-wide promotion system to embed generative AI as a business infrastructure, working to improve the quality and speed of daily work while creating new experiential value in the communication domain. Recognizing the need to increase the number of "partners" who resonate with MIXI's vision and are willing to take on challenges together for further business growth and value creation, MIXI has been exploring how to expand contact points with the next generation, who will lead future society and industries, and create opportunities for mutual learning.
Since the opening of "HR Koto Gakuin," a correspondence high school support school it operates, RePlayce has pursued an environment where each student can grow proactively while connecting with society, with "exploration, crossing boundaries, and co-creation" as keywords.
With these shared aspirations, MIXI and RePlayce jointly implemented a corporate challenge-solving program (corporate PBL) as part of HR Koto Gakuin's exploration curriculum starting in 2025. Through approximately six months of PBL-style classes, students refined their ideas on the theme of "new business creation" and presented their achievements at a final presentation, creating a practical learning environment that connects learning with society.
Building on the insights gained from this collaboration, both companies agreed to further develop their initiatives and continuously promote the creation of an environment that fosters students' ability to proactively tackle "unanswered questions" and create new value.
This spring, at the newly opened HR Koto Gakuin Shibuya campus, "SHIBUYA MIXI BASE," established through the partnership between the two companies, in addition to the regular curriculum, MIXI will provide a learning environment that leverages its practical knowledge of manufacturing and AI utilization cultivated through various businesses, fostering practical skills for AI-native generation students to thrive in the digital society.
Through special classes by MIXI employees, corporate collaboration PBL, and specialized seminars, the companies will create an environment where students can acquire "skills for living in society," offering them diverse future options beyond just higher education and employment, and supporting the challenges of the talent who will lead the future.

What can we adults offer to the AI-native generation students who spend their adolescence in an environment where generative AI is commonplace? No one has the right answer yet. However, I feel that what is needed more than "skills to master AI" is the experience of thinking through, in their own words, what to create and what to question with AI. MIXI is a company that has accumulated real-time trial and error in using generative AI in daily work across all employees. We are not creating a place to teach finished answers, but a training ground in Shibuya with RePlayce where students can work alongside professionals who are seriously tackling questions. We are genuinely committed as a company, with the conviction that the generation that emerges from here will rewrite the next assumptions of society.

We will update the current state of education based on the potential of young people and create new learning and growth opportunities.
