RePlayce Inc., which operates career exploration services for junior and senior high school students (Headquarters: Shibuya-ku, Tokyo; Representative Director CEO: Masahiro Yamamoto; hereinafter RePlayce), in collaboration with Yokosuka City and its officials, conducted the first term (September 2025 to February 2026) of "Hataraku-ka," a practical career exploration program where 17 high school students from Yokosuka City teamed up with city officials to tackle local issues. In this program, with the theme "YOKOSUKA Love! Project to Increase Relational Population," high school students and city officials engaged in equal discussions for approximately six months to create policy ideas. In the final presentation held in February 2026, each team presented their policy proposals to city council members, school officials, and Kanagawa Prefecture officials. An anonymous survey of participating high school students showed a significant growth in self-efficacy and civic engagement, with their score for "I believe I can change society" improving by +2.37 points out of 10.
