■ Revenue improvement realized by AI x App strategy
Tsubame Anshin Net Group is promoting a special contract crew system utilizing the dispatch app 'GO.'

A special contract crew member is a driver who is preferentially arranged for dispatch from the app, allowing them to stably secure boarding opportunities.

The company implements a special contract crew training project through guidance and know-how sharing by managers.

Through this system:
- Efficient sales by utilizing app dispatch
- Operation based on AI demand forecasting
- Maximization of boarding opportunities
are realized, leading to improved driver revenue.

In fact, there is a difference of about 100,000 yen in monthly sales depending on whether one is a special contract crew member or not, which leads to a difference of about 1.2 million yen annually. In some cases, the difference on a salary basis is about 600,000 yen.

In addition, some employees are active as special contract crew members within half a year of joining the company, creating an environment where even those with no experience can aim for a high income.
