NA Group Co., Ltd. (hereinafter "SEED") and made it a wholly owned subsidiary, with the aim of strengthening its business foundation and creating group synergy.

Under the philosophy of "Creating culture through food," NA Group has pursued "understanding tradition, sublimating it into culture, and creating stores rooted in the community."

Meanwhile, SEED Co., Ltd. (hereinafter "SEED") possesses unique know-how and a network, and develops services with high expertise and passion in specific areas.

By SEED becoming a member of our group, the fusion of both companies' "passion for food" and "management resources" will be realized. We have determined that this will not only lead to an expansion of scale but also enable the creation of higher added value in the ever-changing food and beverage industry, leading to this complete subsidiary acquisition.
