Relo Club Co., Ltd. Signs Agreement on Support for Employee Retention in Regional Enterprises with 77 Human Design Co., Ltd. and MBK Wellness Co., Ltd.

Relo Club Co., Ltd. (HQ: Shinjuku-ku, Tokyo; President: Go Kono), a member of Relo Group (TSE Prime: 8876) and a leader in benefits outsourcing services, along with 77 Human Design Co., Ltd. (President: Taishi Shoji) and MBK Wellness Co., Ltd. (President: Tsuyoshi Morita), have signed an 'Agreement on Support for Employee Retention in Regional Enterprises.' This agreement aims to strengthen initiatives for solving regional issues through benefits services to revitalize local economies by improving talent recruitment, retention, and employee engagement.

Objectives This agreement aims to promote initiatives that improve employee satisfaction, support recruitment and retention, maintain and improve health, and revitalize local communities through benefits services by promoting close mutual cooperation and collaborative activities among the three companies.

Areas of Cooperation To achieve these objectives, Relo Club, 77 Human Design, and MBK Wellness will collaborate on the following: (1) Enhancing corporate value and recruitment power of companies introducing the services. (2) Supporting employee retention and improving engagement through benefits services. (3) Regional revitalization utilizing member-exclusive benefit content. (4) Maintaining and improving the health of employees through health and welfare content. (5) Other necessary matters to achieve the objectives of this agreement.
