'ARABAKI ROCK FEST.' is known as one of the largest spring festivals in the Tohoku region, welcoming tens of thousands of visitors every year. The existence of the staff, who take on a wide range of tasks such as stage management, guiding visitors, merchandise sales, setup, and teardown, underpins the success of the event. A characteristic of these sites is the heavy physical burden, including long hours of standing work, moving around, and working in outdoor environments.
