我們在此宣布，Relife Technology Co., Ltd.（以下稱「本公司」）的代表董事小林弘典，已於2026年3月，參與由律師、大學教授及民間團體共同合作設立的「家事ADR・ODR調解人培育機構」，並就任該機構的事務局長。
本機構旨在推廣有助於圓滿且有效率離婚的家事ADR・ODR（裁判外紛爭解決程序），並就建立負責此類程序的專業調解人培育及登錄制度，提出政策建言。
◆關於「家事ADR・ODR調解人培育機構」
・設立背景
日本將於2026年4月導入共同親權制度，開始實施父母即使在離婚後仍需合作決定子女重要事項的新框架。然而，同時也存在著子女扶養費未支付、單親家庭高貧困率、以及調解程序冗長等問題。
此外，在日本，由於調解程序常在不同房間進行，導致對話困難，許多情況下難以在離婚後建立合作關係。有鑑於此，對於裁判外紛爭解決程序（ADR・ODR）在質與量上的擴充需求日益增加。
・機構目的
本機構旨在全國性地推廣有助於圓滿且有效率離婚的家事ADR・ODR，並就建立專業調解人培育及登錄制度提出政策建言。
