We are pleased to announce that Hironori Kobayashi, Representative Director of Relife Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "our company"), has been appointed as the Secretary-General of the "General Incorporated Association for Training Mediators for Family ADR/ODR," established in March 2026 through the collaboration of lawyers, university professors, and civil society organizations. Furthermore, in Japan, dialogue can be difficult due to mediation procedures conducted in separate rooms, often making it challenging to build a cooperative relationship after divorce. In light of these circumstances, there is a growing demand for qualitative and quantitative expansion of Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR/ODR).
・Purpose of the Association The purpose of this association is to promote family ADR/ODR nationwide, which supports amicable and efficient divorces, and to make policy recommendations regarding the establishment of a training and registration system for specialized mediators.
