Title: Instantaneously Turning Insights Gained on the Ground into Products with AI. Now is the Time to Become a Gritty Engineer in the AI Era
"AI can create apps in an instant. But users won't move just for that. Even the vegan dining app "MOEMI" initially went unused by anyone. So I closed my computer and went out into the city. I spoke to tourists in Shibuya and Asakusa, and finally heard the honest truth: "Google Maps is enough." So I held an event and took a gritty step: letting them experience the app directly. Reflecting raw voices from the field into products at lightning speed using AI. Engineers also understood the passion of the field, and finally achieved their first conversion. This multiplication of "grittiness x AI" became the key to moving organizations and the future."
