Rehab for JAPAN Co., Ltd. (Head Office: Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo; Representative Director and CEO: Ryo Okubo) is pleased to announce the new appointment of Mr. Hidetaka Sasai as an Outside Director, with the aim of further strengthening its management structure and corporate governance.
Under the mission of "Changing nursing care, changing old age, changing the world," our company is committed to creating new value in a super-aging society through the planning, development, and provision of scientific nursing care software "Rehab Cloud" for nursing care facilities and online rehabilitation service "Rehab Studio."

【Biography】
Joined Sumitomo Bank (now SMBC) in 1991. After working for a foreign consulting firm, he served as a top executive in pharmaceuticals, medical devices, and other industries for approximately 20 years. Most recently, as CEO of TRYT Group, a human resources company in the medical and welfare sector, he led the company to its listing on the Tokyo Stock Exchange. Appointed as an Independent Outside Director of our company in March 2026. Member of the Japan Association of Corporate Executives. Graduated from the University of Tokyo Faculty of Law and Columbia Business School (MBA).

Improving productivity in the nursing care sector is one of Japan's most essential and unavoidable national challenges. In this context, there is a need to evolve nursing care from a "support system" to an "industry that supports independence and value creation."
