Increase in U/I-Turn Career Changer Ratio and Presented Annual Salary In FY2025, the number of U/I-turn career changers was 539, accounting for 47.4% of the total. This was an increase of 11.5 points from the previous year. Furthermore, the average presented annual salary was 5.404 million yen, an increase of 128,000 yen from the previous year. The proportion of those with a presented annual salary of 6 million yen or more also reached 28.7% of all successful applicants, marking the highest value since the company began publishing results in FY2017.
Achievements in a Wide Range of Industries Besides Manufacturing, Administrative Positions Most Common By industry, manufacturing was the most common at 51.1%, and career change support achievements were also seen in trading companies, distribution/retail, and finance.
