(Headquarters: Shibuya-ku, Tokyo; Representative: Kei Otsuka), which operates the American-born seafood restaurant "Red Lobster," has designated June 2nd as "Enjoy Lobster Day." June is a month without national holidays and is often said to be a time when people's spirits tend to drop, especially with the rainy season overlapping. Red Lobster has focused on this period and proposes a new eating habit of "creating small rewards in daily life" through lobster.

June is the only month of the year without national holidays, and with the rainy season coinciding, it is said to be a particularly depressing time. According to a survey conducted by Red Lobster (reference data: Red Lobster survey on May 12, 2026), over 70% of respondents reported a fatigue level of 50% or more in June, with 37.2% feeling strong fatigue (70% to 100%), highlighting the current situation where many people experience fatigue in June.

Against this background, Red Lobster focused on the importance of "creating small pleasures in daily life." We hope that "Enjoy Lobster Day" on June 2nd will provide an opportunity for everyone leading busy lives to easily refresh their mood.

Lobster, with its splendor and special feeling, evokes "rewards" and "extraordinary" experiences.

This season marks the spring fishing season for lobster, a time when they are in season. Red Lobster has previously held lobster-themed fairs in June, coinciding with the peak fishing season.

By intentionally incorporating this experience into holiday-free June, we propose a new way of spending time that creates a small sense of excitement in daily life.

Initiative ①: Limited-time "Lobster Fair" to be held from May 19th

This fair will feature new menu items such as "Lobster Sandwich" and "Lobster Guilty Pasta," as well as lobster-filled set menus, allowing you to enjoy lobster in various ways.

It's perfect for meals with family and friends, as well as for a small reward or a little luxury when you're in the mood.
