Sanchoku Owl Announces 'National Direct-from-Farm Food Awards 2026': 16 Producers Selected for Bringing 'Delicious' Experiences to Customers

Sanchoku Owl, a direct-from-farm e-commerce site operated by Redhorse Corporation, has announced the winners of its 'National Direct-from-Farm Food Awards 2026.' This award recognizes producers who received particularly high evaluations from consumers during their transactions over the past year.

This award embodies Sanchoku Owl's concept of 'Delicious is Happy,' connecting producers and consumers across Japan through direct shipments. Now in its fifth year, the award honors producers who have received 'delicious' ratings from many customers. From approximately 5,000 registered producers across regions and categories, 16 producers were selected for Gold, Silver, Bronze, and New Producer Awards for each of the four seasons: Spring, Summer, Autumn, and Winter.

### About the National Direct-from-Farm Food Awards Since 2021, Sanchoku Owl has announced winners based on purchaser votes under the name 'Sanchoku Owl Grand Prix.' Last year, the name was changed to 'National Direct-from-Farm Food Awards' to better convey the message of supporting producers who deliver delicious ingredients to many people. This year's awards were comprehensively evaluated and selected based on achievements in 2025. Following last year's format, four awards (Gold, Silver, Bronze, and New Producer) were given for each season.

Many ingredients handled by Sanchoku Owl are seasonal, and these fresh items made with care by registered producers are delivered to customers at the peak of their season. Selection was based on metrics like 'Gochi-Repo count,' 'Gochi-Repo rating,' and 'Gochi-Repo acquisition rate' to see if customers evaluated the food as 'delicious.' This is not a simple sales ranking; it is a fair and reliable award reflecting the real satisfaction of customers.
