RedCliff Inc. (Headquarters: Minato-ku, Tokyo; Representative Director: Kohei Sasaki; hereinafter referred to as "RedCliff"), which plans and operates drone show events, will hold the drone show event "Sakurarium" on Saturday, April 18, 2026, at Funabashi Racecourse in Chiba Prefecture.

With the concept of "Cherry blossoms in the night sky, to be seen with loved ones," this one-night-only experiential event will feature up to 2,000 drones painting full bloom cherry blossoms in the night sky.

From traditional "viewing hanami" to "experiential hanami."

We will deliver a special time that can only be experienced here, together with your loved ones, in a fantastical space enveloped in cherry blossom-colored light.

A New Cherry Blossom Viewing Experience Created by Up to 2,000 Drones

The biggest feature of this event is the night sakura (cherry blossom) performance by 2,000 drones.

The cherry blossoms spreading across the night sky will invite visitors into the world of "Sakurarium" with a scale and performance that cannot be achieved with traditional cherry blossom viewing, measuring approximately 150m in height, 230m in width, and 70m in depth.

The drone show will be conducted in two parts.

500 drones will color the night sky in the opening, and 2,000 drones will be featured in the main special show.

Participatory Content and Special Experience with "Sakura-chan"

Participatory content to enhance the enjoyment of the event will also be available at the venue.

Between drone show segments, you can enjoy a toast with our cherry blossom viewing supporter, "Sakura-chan," and participate in a stamp campaign.

Those who collect stamps will receive original event merchandise.

By becoming a part of the event, visitors can further enhance the appeal of "experiential hanami."

Special Benefits for Visitors to Enjoy "Sakurarium"

A Fantastical Toast with Glowing Drink Cups

The drink cups, designed with "Sakurarium" in mind, glow in a cherry blossom color when a beverage is poured.

This experience, which seems to synchronize with the night sky drone show, creates a special moment.

Petal-Shaped Leisure Sheets to Create Full Bloom Cherry Blossoms

※Usage image

In cooperation with Weathernews' "Sakura Project," which gathers cherry blossom information from users nationwide, we will provide "petal-shaped cherry blossom leisure sheets." Arranging five sheets creates a full bloom cherry blossom, contributing to the "cherry blossom scenery" throughout the venue.

Gourmet and Spatial Production Expand the "Spring Experience"

Approximately 10 food trucks will be set up at the venue, offering a variety of food and drinks.

Limited-edition menus themed around cherry blossoms will also be available, allowing you to enjoy spring through your taste buds.

Another "Hanami" Experience to Enjoy Even After the Cherry Blossom Season

Cherry blossoms in 2026 are expected to be around the average year or slightly earlier nationwide, with peak bloom in the Kanto region around the end of March.

This event can also be enjoyed as a "new form of hanami" that allows you to re-experience the lingering beauty of cherry blossoms.
