By connecting previously disjointed processes of 'waste weighing,' 'collection/transportation,' and 'processing/recycling' on a single data platform, it realized a structure where waste generators, collection/transportation operators, and procurement operators can simultaneously enjoy three values on the same data platform:

Incentive design: Application of a pay-as-you-go system based on measurement data

Maximization of load efficiency: Optimization of collection routes by knowing the discharge status in real-time in advance

Data trust: Consistent traceability from discharge to recycling, and the generation of tamper-proof ESG data.

After full-scale expansion to 1,200 facilities in Yokohama City, and proof-of-concept/full-scale implementations with large commercial facilities and multiple major real estate developers, pool is currently positioned as the core infrastructure for the industrial structure transformation of turning 'massive consumption areas into massive supply areas.'

Future Developments
