It standardly provides SAML/OIDC-compliant SSO, passkeys, FeliCa, and risk-based authentication, realizing a seamless zero-trust environment from ID management to endpoint protection. In addition to using moconavi ID’s as an IdP, it can also be SCIM-linked and SAML-linked with existing third-party IdPs such as Microsoft Entra ID and Okta, allowing for introduction without replacing the current authentication infrastructure. ■ Background of Service Provision Against the backdrop of exposed VPN vulnerabilities and the rapid spread of cloud services, the transition from perimeter security to zero trust is accelerating. If you wish to use moconavi ID’s, a contract for moconavi or moconavi RDS is required. ● Feature 2: Secure Single Sign-On (SSO) via SAML Single Sign-On via SAML authentication enables secure and efficient authentication operations combined with multi-factor authentication and automatic ID synchronization. Since SSO linkage is already established with moconavi and moconavi RDS for both SP-initiated and IdP-initiated flows, it can be used immediately without additional configuration effort. Extension to other services can also be set up from the administration screen if the app is SAML-compliant. ● Feature 3: Equipped with Diverse Authentication Methods It comes standard with a variety of authentication methods, including TOTP, passkeys (biometric authentication), FeliCa/NFC cards, and SMS/email/IVR one-time passwords. Furthermore, risk-based authentication is incorporated, which evaluates risk based on login time and location, and requests additional authentication for suspicious access. Optimal authentication levels can be designed according to job type, device, and access location, balancing security strength and convenience. ■ Usage Image Users can access all linked business services with a single login to the moconavi app. No additional password entry is required, and multi-factor authentication via passkeys and biometric authentication is automatically applied.
