Recerqa Announces Capital and Business Alliance with Nippon Express Group

Recerqa Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Minato-ku, Tokyo; CEO: Shota Umeda; hereinafter "Recerqa") announces that it has received investment from NX Global Innovation Investment L.P., a fund operated by NIPPON EXPRESS Holdings Co., Ltd. (President: Satoshi Horikiri; hereinafter "NX Group") and signed a capital and business alliance agreement on June 25, 2026 (Thu).

Background and Objectives

In intercompany procurement and ordering operations, various types of documents in paper or PDF formats are still widely used, leaving many manual tasks such as data entry and verification. Additionally, there is a growing shortage of personnel responsible for ERP system maintenance and operations, along with system aging, increasing the urgency for business process reform.

Recerqa addresses these challenges by providing "RECERQA," an Agentic ERP that enables digitalization and automation of supply chain operations, particularly in procurement and ordering processes.

Through this alliance, Recerqa will provide AI technology to enhance the efficiency and sophistication of NX Group's procurement and ordering processes, aiming to establish new models for logistics and supply chain operations. By combining NX Group's global logistics network and extensive operational expertise with Recerqa's AI and Agentic ERP technology, the two companies will work together to build more productive supply chain operations. Furthermore, they will jointly contribute to enhancing corporate value and solving societal challenges in support of NX Group's long-term vision of becoming "a logistics company with a strong global presence."

What is Agentic ERP "RECERQA"?

"RECERQA" is an Agentic ERP that leverages AI to transform inefficient processes in supply chain operations, starting with procurement and ordering. Unlike traditional enterprise systems focused on record-keeping and data management, RECERQA uses AI to autonomously support data interpretation, business decision-making, and execution. By integrating the digitization of diverse document formats, structuring of business rules, and integration with existing systems, RECERQA drives the efficiency and sophistication of unstructured business tasks. The system enables phased optimization in areas such as procurement, inventory, and sales without disrupting operations, allowing seamless integration and gradual transition alongside existing ERP systems.

Through this capital and business alliance, the following initiatives will be advanced:
