Rebase Inc. (Headquarters: Shibuya-ku, Tokyo, Representative Director: Kai Sato) has launched a campaign through its rental space matching platform "instabase" for the private workspace "CocoDesk," provided by Fujifilm Business Innovation Corp. (Headquarters: Minato-ku, Tokyo, President & CEO: Naoki Hama). The campaign offers CocoDesk for 3 hours on weekends and holidays for 990 yen, exclusively on instabase, starting from Wednesday, April 1, 2026. This campaign is scheduled to run until Tuesday, June 30, 2026. In recent years, with the spread of remote work and the expansion of learning opportunities such as reskilling, the demand for private spaces where people can concentrate outside of their homes or cafes has been increasing. The private workspace "CocoDesk," installed in station buildings and commercial buildings, has traditionally been mainly used for business purposes such as online meetings and desk work while out and about. However, there is also an increasing need for personal use, such as for qualification exams, language learning, taking online courses, and focused work. Therefore, for this campaign, we are offering a special price of 990 yen for 3 hours (330 yen per hour) at 130 eligible CocoDesk units located in Tokyo, Osaka, Kanagawa, Chiba, and Saitama. Furthermore, instabase has implemented similar pricing strategies for other workspaces and work booths, which have been well-received by users. By enabling the use of private spaces at a price comparable to using a cafe, we aim to expand weekend personal use in addition to business applications. Through this initiative, we aim to expand the use of CocoDesk beyond its current business applications to weekend personal use, thereby increasing opportunities for people to learn and challenge themselves.
