By creating an environment where employees can easily spend time with their families, it leads to an increase in satisfaction not only for the employees themselves but also for their families.
In recent years, terms like "Oyakaku" (parent confirmation) and "Oyaoshi" (parental push) have emerged, indicating increasing parental involvement with new graduates, and more families are showing interest in the milestone of an entrance ceremony.
