5th Edition of Relay-Style Ramen Event 'POPUP Ramen' Features Michelin Bib Gourmand Selected 'Ra-men Torikatsu'

Mitsui Outlet Park Marinepia Kobe, developed by Mitsui Fudosan Co., Ltd., reopened in November 2024 following full reconstruction. 'POPUP Ramen,' a nation-wide expansion, opened its 6th location within the facility. Starting June 1, 'Ra-men Torikatsu,' selected for the Michelin Guide Aichi-Gifu-Mie Bib Gourmand, will open as the 5th edition of the 'POPUP Ramen' series.

## About the Shop
'Ra-men Torikatsu' is a ramen shop quietly located in Kuwana City, Mie Prefecture. A sushi chef from a three-generation sushi restaurant uses the 'seafood handling' skills cultivated through sushi-making to provide Japanese-style ramen that brings out the delicate umami of dashi. Cherishing the four seasons and carefully crafting each bowl with seasonal ingredients, every visit promises a new discovery.
Among them, the popular choice is the 'Clam Salt Ramen,' which luxuriously uses clams strictly selected by the sushi chef's discernment. It features a clear taste where the richness of shellfish spreads gently.
