Ragate Co., Ltd. (hereinafter, Ragate, Location: Chuo-ku, Tokyo, Representative Director: Tatsuyoshi Masuko, IT Consulting Division Manager: Taishi Yanagisawa) presented at AR Advanced Technology Inc.'s (hereinafter, ARI) internal event 'D1 Kickoff Event,' held on April 24, 2026.
On the day, Ragate's IT Consulting Division Manager, Yanagisawa, gave a lecture, and Representative Director, Masuko, conducted a demonstration, introducing the latest practical examples of AI-driven development in a two-part format. They shared concrete examples of AI utilization that can be replicated on-site with approximately 250 participants, including engineers, PMs, and PMOs, aiming to transform individual work styles, productivity, and career value.

Presentation Outline
Presentation materials displayed
The overall theme of this presentation was 'Your Engineering Life Becomes 10 Times More Interesting with AI.' Ragate structured the lecture from the perspective of connecting AI adoption not just to tools, but to transforming individuals' work styles, productivity, and career value.
Lecture Part (First Half): Current Status and Practical Impact of AI-Driven Development
Yanagisawa (left) and Masuko (right) during the presentation
In the first half, AI-driven development was explained not as 'development left to AI,' but as 'a development methodology that accelerates implementation, verification, and documentation, centered on human judgment and review.' Alongside this, common early-stage failures in AI adoption (insufficient prompt design, inadequate operational stabilization, neglect of verification processes) and how to overcome them were shared based on real examples. Furthermore, it was shown that there is significant room for AI utilization in upstream to midstream processes such as requirements definition, design, and estimation, contributing to the reduction of project overrun risks, alleviation of middle layer workload, and improvement of profitability in contract projects.
Demo Part (Second Half): Demonstrating AI Utilization Directly Applicable to Business Operations
Masuko demonstrating the DEMO
In the second half, two demonstrations simulating actual operations were conducted.
The first was an automated business process demonstration in an OpenClaw × Claude environment. It comprehensively demonstrated everything from instructions via Slack to document generation, code modification, and PR creation, showcasing the effectiveness of ensuring reproducibility through skill definition.
The second was a development demonstration utilizing Cursor × MCP × RAG. It illustrated the initial generation of IaC based on AWS document references, automation of cost estimation, and acceleration of API design to implementation, sharing a practical model where 'humans focus on instructions and review, while routine tasks are entrusted to AI.'
Message to Participants
Ragate believes that the value of AI utilization lies not in 'perfect initial results,' but in 'organizations and individuals who can try, fail, and continuously improve.' Going forward, we will continue to support the promotion of AI-driven development for partner companies, including ARI, through study groups, practical support, and joint verification.
Ragate's Insights and Future Prospects
Ragate aims to establish AI-driven development not as a temporary initiative, but as practical knowledge deeply rooted in the field. Beyond mere tool introduction, we will support the achievement of both productivity and quality in daily projects through skill design aligned with business contexts and the creation of highly reproducible development platforms combining MCP and RAG.
We also emphasize an improvement cycle that seamlessly connects requirements definition, design, implementation, and operation, promoting the standardization of 'usable' AI utilization on-site. By continuously providing opportunities for study groups, joint verification, and knowledge sharing, we will foster an environment where both individuals and organizations can continue to learn, contributing to the high added value of partner companies in the mid to long term.
