Background of the Capital and Business Alliance Since its establishment in 2017, with the mission of "democratizing cutting-edge technology," the Company has cultivated high expertise in AWS-based full serverless development and the generative AI (AX: AI Transformation) domain. As an AWS Advanced Tier Service Partner, we offer a wide range of highly specialized services, including not only system development but also IT strategy consulting that connects management strategy and technology, and IT due diligence support for M&A.

On the other hand, Serverworks, with its vision of "making the world a better place to work with the cloud," is one of Japan's leading cloud integrators, supporting over 1,540 companies in their cloud adoption and operation as an AWS Premier Tier Service Partner. They have built a multi-cloud capable group structure, including expansion into the Google Cloud domain through their subsidiary, G-gen Inc.

With the rapid evolution of generative AI and the sophistication of cloud utilization, the solutions demanded by companies are becoming increasingly complex and diverse.
