This school is presided over by Shinya Otani, the company's representative, who has organized and managed auditions for a total of over 10,000 actors and child actors in the commercial film and television industry for more than 14 years.

Through practical workshops incorporating the perspectives of judges, the filming set, and business, the school systematically teaches the thinking skills necessary for actors and the strategic methods to pass auditions.
