Qu'il est bon Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Shizuoka City, Shizuoka Prefecture, Representative Director: Tomoya Ishikawa) will hold the highly popular "PEACH Fair" at all 12 "Qu'il est bon" tart specialty stores from Saturday, July 18, 2026, to Friday, July 31, 2026. During this period, when the scent and freshness of peaches are at their richest, we will offer tarts that allow you to enjoy seasonal peaches in seven different ways, including with cheese, vanilla, custard, tiramisu, and almond cream. Additionally, for the first time in this fair, customers who purchase a cake during the fair period will receive a Qu'il est bon original sticker (3 types in total).

This fair will feature a total of 7 types of tarts, using premium peaches from Yamanashi Prefecture such as "Daitoryo," "Ittosho," and "Shingen," as well as peaches with unique characteristics. These include a gorgeous new tart combining vanilla custard with peaches and seasonal fruits; a cafe latte flavored tiramisu topped with premium peaches from Yamanashi Prefecture; a rich baked peach and almond cream tart; a highly popular tart where the richness of cheese blends with the freshness of peaches; a fluffy cream and peach shortcake tart; a classic peach tart filled with custard cream; and a Sendai-limited zunda and peach tart, each offering a different expression of peach. Three of these will be limited-time fair items.

About Qu'il est bon

"Qu'il est bon" is a tart specialty store that opened in 1991. Since its opening, it has focused on tarts made with abundant seasonal fruits and carefully selected ingredients. About 20 colorful tarts are always displayed in a large showcase in the center of the store. The store name "Qu'il est bon" means "What lovely weather" in French.
