1. Background and Purpose of Organizational Restructuring: Evolution to "All in One DX" = Web Marketing × DX Support × AI Utilization
Since its establishment in 2011, the Company has expanded its support areas to meet customer needs, focusing on internet advertising, including MA, SFA, CRM, SEO, and SNS operations.

Seizing this change as an opportunity, the Company will renew its organizational structure with the following objectives to evolve into "All in One DX," a comprehensive service for digital marketing and DX support, including newly added AIO (GEO) support, going beyond the conventional framework of advertising operation support.
Promotion of "All in One DX": Establish a system to provide end-to-end support for customers' digital marketing, including web advertising, MA, SFA, CRM, SNS operations, AIO (GEO), and SEO.
Multi-skilled organization and AI coexistence: Achieve maximized productivity and high specialization through a hybrid organization where humans and "AI employees" coexist.
Sustainable and flexible organization: Transition from the traditional "department/team" system to a "unit/group" system that can flexibly change roles and functions, aiming for a sustainable organization that looks to the future.
2. Overview of the New Organizational Structure
As a new structure, "Units" will be established as core organizations, and "Groups" will be set up within them to perform specialized tasks.
