QUANDO, Inc., the provider of the field communication tool SynQ Remote, announced that it will exhibit at Industrial DX Comprehensive Exhibition Bizcrew EXPO 2026, held at INTEX Osaka from May 20 to 22, 2026. At the venue, the company will present demonstrations of SynQ Remote and practical case studies from customer companies under the themes of labor shortages, skills transfer, and the adoption of field DX in construction and infrastructure sites. QUANDO will propose a way to capture tacit knowledge that is difficult to preserve through conventional training and manuals, such as where experienced workers look and why they make certain judgments, by recording it as video, audio, and conversation logs, then using AI analysis and summarization to support young worker training and organizational learning. The exhibitor seminar, titled “Learning from Case Studies: A DX Mechanism That Develops People in the Field,” will be held on May 22 from 11:00 to 11:40 at the exhibitor seminar venue in Hall 6 of INTEX Osaka. QUANDO Marketing Manager Rintaro Shimoyoshi will speak. Based on case studies, the seminar will explain how companies that successfully embed field DX design systems that are actually used, rather than merely introducing tools, and will introduce a practical approach to field DX through SynQ Remote. In Japan’s construction workforce, workers aged 60 or older account for 25.7%, making the transfer of expert knowledge to the next generation a management issue directly tied to construction capability, quality control, safety management, and business continuity. Meanwhile, field DX has not always taken root sufficiently. Even after IT tools are introduced, usage may remain limited to certain staff members and fail to spread to partner companies or entire sites, while records and know-how often remain with individuals instead of being accumulated by the organization. SynQ Remote enables experienced workers in remote locations to view live field video and provide real-time checks, instructions, and support to younger workers and partner companies. By leaving records of field conversations and decisions, guidance does not end as a one-off interaction; it can be reviewed later, shared within teams, and reused at future sites. With AI-powered conversation analysis and summarization, younger workers can receive not only answers but also the surrounding knowledge and viewpoints needed for decision-making. Organizations can aggregate stumbling points and questions from the field and feed them back to trainers and managers, helping improve and standardize education content. At the booth, QUANDO will introduce the usability of SynQ Remote and how field conversations and judgments can be accumulated and used for talent development and skills transfer. The booth will also host demonstration seminars three times a day, showing practical usage scenarios and explaining how to make field DX take root. QUANDO positions this mechanism as next-generation OJT and proposes field DX that advances individual growth and organizational learning at the same time.
