PCNW Lecture 2026

The 'PC and Network Management and Utilization Association' (PCNW), chaired by Ichiro Teraoka (Secretariat: QualitySoft Inc., Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo), will hold its annual large-scale event for information systems administrators, the 'PC and Network Management and Utilization Association Lecture 2026,' on July 3, 2026, at the Hotel Grand Arc Hanazono.

Will Generative AI and AI Agents Transform the Way Information Systems Operate?

Generative AI has become a central topic across all areas of business. In more advanced organizations, the use of AI agents is gaining attention. Early case studies of AI agent integration into business operations are already emerging, potentially adding to the growing list of challenges faced by information systems administrators.

This year’s event will focus on the theme 'Will Generative AI and AI Agents Transform the Way Information Systems Operate?' featuring keynote presentations from pioneering companies. A panel discussion titled 'The Evolving Relationship Between Business Units and Information Systems in the Age of AI' will draw out candid insights from frontline IT managers.

About the 'PC and Network Management and Utilization Association' (PCNW)

Founded in April 1996 as the 'Association for Promoting Concurrent Use Licenses,' the group changed its name in July 2000 to the 'PC and Network Management and Utilization Association' (PCNW).

PCNW is a community for information systems administrators who face daily challenges in corporate IT management. It serves as a platform for information exchange, peer discussion, and professional development, aiming to enhance the capabilities of IT personnel across organizations.

For over 30 years since its founding, PCNW has addressed real-world challenges faced by IT administrators through case-based lectures and open discussions, fostering shared understanding and collaborative problem-solving among IT professionals from different companies.
