Qracian Electric Division Increases Annual Holidays to Up to 121 Days with New Sick Leave Policy, Promoting a Secure and Long-term Working Environment
The Qracian Electric Division is enhancing its work environment by introducing paid sick leave and implementing salary revisions, resulting in up to 121 annual holidays.

The Electric Division of Qracian Co., Ltd.'s New Business Promotion Headquarters is introducing a new sick leave policy and implementing salary revisions to create an environment where employees can work with peace of mind for the long term. Under the new policy, employees will be granted up to three days of paid sick leave per year based on their tenure. Combined with the promotion of annual paid leave, the maximum number of annual holidays will reach 121 days. Additionally, a base salary increase of approximately 8% on average will be implemented to improve both working conditions and compensation.
Expanding Systems for Both Work-Life Balance and Compensation
With an eye toward future business expansion and talent acquisition, the Electric Division is prioritizing the improvement of employee satisfaction and the creation of a sustainable organization. In response to social changes such as inflation, diversifying lifestyles, and intensified competition for specialized talent, the division has decided to expand its leave system and revise salaries to support a "sustainable work style."
New Sick Leave Policy: Peace of Mind During Sudden Illness
The newly introduced sick leave system provides up to three days of paid leave per year, depending on the employee's length of service. This reduces the need for employees to save their annual paid leave for sudden illnesses, making it easier to use paid leave for personal time. This system is particularly beneficial for newer employees who have fewer accrued annual paid leave days, providing them with security and peace of mind.
Annual Holidays Increased to a Maximum of 121 Days
The company is also promoting the utilization of annual paid leave. Starting in April 2026, employees eligible for 10 or more days of annual paid leave will be required to take at least 10 days per year as a company rule. This change will bring the maximum number of annual holidays to 121 days.
Salary Revision: Average Base Increase of Approximately 8%
In addition to expanding the leave system, the company will implement an average base salary increase of approximately 8%. This adjustment aligns compensation with market standards to support future business growth and talent retention. By enhancing both rewards and leave, the company aims to improve not only the work environment but also the quality of service provided to customers.
Moving forward, the company remains committed to creating an environment where employees can work with confidence, aiming to provide better services and build a sustainable organization.
