[Punch Industry's DE&I Promotion]
In May 2025, Punch Industry formulated "Vision 60," our first long-term vision since our founding. This defines the "ideal state" of our company as we celebrate our 50th anniversary in 2025 and look toward our 60th anniversary 10 years later.
In "Vision 60," while announcing our management policy for the next 10 years, we have set the goal of becoming "an organization where diverse human resources play an active role autonomously, contributing to the maximization of corporate value within a workplace culture based on trust and connection" as our ideal state for human capital management. "DE&I promotion," which relates to gender equality, is also a pillar of the human capital management we aim for.
