Yoichi Nagasawa

Born in Kyoto in 1957. Moved to France in 1980 after graduating from Mode Gakuen. Established STIL Co., Ltd. after serving as chief designer for TOKIO KUMAGAI. From 1996, he participated in the Tokyo Collection and Paris Collection official schedules with his own brand 'YOICHI NAGASAWA'. He has handled numerous branding and direction projects for major companies such as MUJI, AEON, and New Balance. Awarded the Mainichi Fashion Grand Prix in 2004. He is an emeritus professor at Kanazawa College of Art and a professor and dean at the Professional University of International Fashion, dedicating many years to nurturing young talent.
