Eikei University Professor Yoshinobu Hayata's Book "The Mindset of Change Leaders: Challenges from the Regions" to be Published

Public University Corporation of Hiroshima Prefecture, Eikei University (President: Mutsuhiro Arinobu, Location: Naka-ku, Hiroshima City) announces that Professor Yoshinobu Hayata, Director of the Industry-Academia-Government Collaboration and Research Promotion Center (SDC), will publish his book "The Mindset of Change Leaders: Challenges from the Regions" on May 1, 2026.

Book Title: The Mindset of Change Leaders: Challenges from the Regions Author: Yoshinobu Hayata (Director / Professor, Industry-Academia-Government Collaboration and Research Promotion Center (SDC), Eikei University) Content: This book compiles the thoughts and practices of "change leaders" (business executives) who are based in Hiroshima, creating new social value, and have the potential to make an impact from the region to all of Japan, and even the world.

Through dialogues between author Professor Yoshinobu Hayata and 10 change leaders from Hiroshima, the book introduces their companies' initiatives and the executives' mindsets as case studies. It depicts the figures of leaders who possess a visionary perspective, solve local challenges, and aim for a sustainable future. The content presents the potential of community-based businesses and the role of leaders in regional revitalization.
