[Eikei University] Held the Final Report Meeting for the FY2025 Co-creation Project and Hiroshima Value Shift Program

On Thursday, March 26, 2026, Eikei University (President: Mutsuhiro Arinobu, Location: Naka-ku, Hiroshima City) held the 'Final Report Meeting for the Co-creation Project and Hiroshima Value Shift Program.' The event was conducted in a hybrid format, both on-site and online, attracting 53 applicants in total. Participants included corporate representatives, students, and individuals interested in this project.

A Practical Project Connecting Companies, Universities, and Human Resources At Eikei University, we promote the 'Co-creation Project,' where companies, faculty members (individuals with project management skills), and students form teams to solve issues faced by companies and create new businesses. We also promote the 'Hiroshima Value Shift Program,' which aims to solve problems by accepting specialized human resources from metropolitan areas into companies.

In the Co-creation Project, students participate practically in projects under paid contracts with companies, taking on the challenge of creating new value through repeated research and verification. On the other hand, in the Value Shift Program, visiting researchers join the company site four days a week as team members, advancing problem-solving in parallel with recurrent education at the university.

Part 1: General Session In the first part, Professor Yoshinobu Hayata, Director of the Center for Industry-Academia-Government Collaboration and Research Promotion at Eikei University, gave an opening greeting and explained the university's industry-academia-government collaboration initiatives.
