## A Practical Project Connecting Companies, Universities, and Human Resources
At Eikei University, we promote the 'Co-creation Project,' where companies, faculty members (individuals with project management skills), and students form teams to solve issues faced by companies and create new businesses. We also promote the 'Hiroshima Value Shift Program,' which aims to solve problems by accepting specialized human resources from metropolitan areas into companies.

In the Co-creation Project, students participate practically in projects under paid contracts with companies, taking on the challenge of creating new value through repeated research and verification.
On the other hand, in the Value Shift Program, visiting researchers join the company site four days a week as team members, advancing problem-solving in parallel with recurrent education at the university.
