PTC Joins as Cooperating Company for UTokyo College of Design's "Long-term Internship"

PTC Japan K.K. (Japan Branch: Chuo-ku, Tokyo; President & CEO: Tomonobu Kamiya, hereinafter PTC) announces its participation as a cooperating company in the "Long-term Internship" program to be introduced by UTokyo College of Design, scheduled to open in 2027. UTokyo College of Design's Long-term Internship is a program where students gain approximately six months of practical experience at domestic and international companies and international organizations, providing opportunities to practically learn how to identify social issues and apply creative approaches while applying a wide range of academic knowledge to the real world. Through this participation, PTC will further contribute to the development of next-generation innovators.

The Long-term Internship, introduced by UTokyo College of Design, is a practical internship where students leave the university to tackle problem-solving in the field at companies and international organizations. Through collaboration with professionals, students are expected to develop problem-finding skills, creativity, leadership, and practical communication abilities.

PTC has supported students' career development by providing diverse internship opportunities worldwide. This participation as a cooperating company further strengthens PTC's commitment to nurturing young digital talent in Japan.
