PSC Inc. (Headquarters: Minato-ku, Tokyo; Representative Director: Masayuki Suzuki), which co-creates and supports the digital transformation (DX) of companies, is pleased to announce the opening of the 'PSC AI Technology Center Matsue' on March 17, 2026 (Tuesday), as its second base in Matsue City, Shimane Prefecture. On the day of the opening, the company reflected on its journey since the establishment of its first base and presented the design concept of the new office, sharing its vision for 'the past and the future.'

<Purpose> The PSC AI Technology Center Matsue and the Matsue Lab were established as hubs specializing in AI development utilizing Microsoft technology. The goal is to secure excellent talent in Shimane Prefecture, where information processing education is thriving, and to promote research and development through the cultivation and education of AI engineers. The PSC AI Technology Center Matsue was named as a technical hub for AI development, embodying the intention to disseminate cutting-edge technology from Matsue City, Shimane Prefecture, to the rest of Japan and the world.

<About the Office> In designing the office, the focus was on the fusion of 'PSC-ness' and 'Matsue-ness.' Therefore, the design concept was based on the keyword 'Dotoku' (Earth Virtue). It represents a climate where 'invisible powers' such as the 'dignity' and 'spirituality' unique to that land are nurtured. This was combined with our corporate culture (venture spirit). Beyond the collaboration of PSC and Matsue, we envisioned 'sociality,' 'understanding of local culture,' 'attitude toward solving social issues,' and 'strengthening human resource development.' By visualizing these philosophies and spirits as tangible objects (design and aesthetics), we have set them up so that they can be felt permanently.

<Message from Representative Director Masayuki Suzuki> PSC Inc. was founded in 1996. Currently, we are developing our business with over 800 engineers to realize the '3S' (Success, Satisfaction, Smile) for our customers. When I was founded, I was inspired by my experience with IT in Seattle, and I wanted to create an environment where anyone could work anywhere. That is now realized in the form of 'Modern Work.' We have decided to open our second base in Shimane Prefecture, which is full of the spirit of learning, together with excellent talent. As PSC enters its 30th year, 80 new graduates will join us, including those recruited from Matsue. I would like to focus on improving the environment so that our employees can be more active without being satisfied with the status quo. We will continue to contribute to the productivity improvement of our client companies through 'Power Staff Communications' and AI utilization.
