【Grand Opening】PSC AI Technology Center Matsue opened as the second base in Matsue City, Shimane Prefecture.

**<Overview>** PSC Inc. (hereinafter PSC, Headquarters: Minato-ku, Tokyo, Representative Director: Masayuki Suzuki), which co-creates and supports corporate DX (Digital Transformation), announced the grand opening of "PSC AI Technology Center Matsue" as its second base in Matsue City, Shimane Prefecture, on Tuesday, March 17, 2026. On the day of the opening, a review of progress from the establishment of the first base to the present, and an explanation of the new office's design concept were given, along with a presentation of "what has been and what is to come."

**<Purpose>** PSC AI Technology Center Matsue and Matsue Lab were established as bases specialized in AI development utilizing Microsoft Technology. The objective is to secure excellent human resources in Shimane Prefecture, where information processing education is thriving, and to promote research and development through the training and education of AI engineers. PSC AI Technology Center Matsue was named as an AI development technology base with the meaning of disseminating cutting-edge technology related to AI research and development from Matsue City, Shimane Prefecture, to both Japan and the world.
