PR TIMES Co., Ltd. (Minato-ku, Tokyo; Representative Director: Takumi Yamaguchi; TSE Prime, NSE Premier: 3922) concluded a partnership agreement with Toyota City, Aichi Prefecture (Mayor: Toshihiko Ota; hereinafter, Toyota City) on Monday, May 11, 2026. This agreement will support information dissemination for businesses, including small and medium-sized enterprises in the city, and promote industrial development through the city's communication of economic policies.

This marks the second partnership for our company with a local government in the Tokai region, following Hamamatsu City. Furthermore, this is the 107th regional partnership nationwide aimed at distributing local information, following the Kansai Wide Area Union, with whom a partnership was announced in February 2026.

Initiatives to be implemented under this agreement ・Provision of a program allowing businesses and organizations supported by Toyota City to use "PR TIMES" free of charge. ・Holding PR and press release utilization seminars for businesses and organizations supported by Toyota City. ・Free provision of "PR TIMES" for Toyota City's dissemination of regional information.

Background of the partnership

Strengthening the dissemination capabilities of "monozukuri" (manufacturing) and "new technologies" by businesses in Toyota City.

Toyota City is a world-leading hub for the automotive industry, possessing a strong manufacturing base. In recent years, it has continued to take on new challenges beyond the scope of existing industries, such such as SDGs initiatives for realizing a sustainable society, startup support, and smart city concepts.

"Monozukuri Creation Hub SENTAN," established by Toyota City, provides comprehensive support for a wide range of issues, including human resource development, new product development, and market expansion, in collaboration with commercial and industrial organizations within the city. In addition, it undertakes initiatives aimed at creating and supporting the growth of next-generation industries centered on manufacturing.

Through this agreement, we will work to ensure that "yet-to-be-known technologies" and "new services" held by small and medium-sized enterprises and startups in the city are disseminated through press releases, reaching media and consumers both within and outside the region. This will contribute to strengthening the market development and recruitment capabilities of local businesses, and further enhancing the regional image of "Toyota City = a city where cutting-edge challenges are born."

PR TIMES' commitment to regional revitalization and the Tokai area

Our company's mission is "Towards an era where information from doers moves people's hearts," and we have worked to enable companies and individuals to disseminate their daily challenges, achievements, and proactive actions through press releases, regardless of region or company size.

This fiscal year, we plan to establish a Tokai branch, increasing contact points with local companies in the Tokai region and promoting the establishment of a more community-rooted support system. In this partnership with Toyota City, we will support the challenges emerging from Toyota City, such as the progress of DX in manufacturing and the initiatives of businesses that have supported local industries, to reach the entire nation through public relations, PR, and press releases.

Furthermore, our company was listed on the Nagoya Stock Exchange Premier Market in August 2025. We will play a role in connecting the challenges of local companies supporting the Tokai region's economy to society.
