Spreading the "Democratization of PR" Nationwide. Activities with 102 Evangelists

A Press Release Evangelist is a practicing PR professional certified by PR TIMES, Inc., who possesses a love for, knowledge of, and experience with press releases, and who promotes their use to others. This initiative, launched on "Press Release Day (*1)" in 2022, has now grown into an organization of 102 members with diverse backgrounds from all over the country.

After the fourth round of evangelist certifications on October 28, 2025, our base of operations expanded to all 47 prefectures. Our evangelists include PR representatives from regional manufacturers, municipal PR staff who have won the "Local Government Official Award," and information dissemination specialists with long careers at TV stations and newspaper companies. Together with the Press Release Evangelists, PR TIMES is expanding its activities throughout Japan, aiming to realize the "democratization of PR," where anyone can convey their valuable actions regardless of region or experience.

We position it as a day to think about and further expand the potential and significance of press releases.
