Specified Skilled Worker Consortium Established in April 2026

Proud Partners Inc. (Headquarters: Shinjuku-ku, Tokyo; CEO: Ryuji Suzuki) announces the launch of the "Specified Skilled Worker Consortium" on April 1, 2026, with the aim of visualizing the actual conditions of accepting foreign human resources, including those with specified skills, and defining the ideal state.

The "Specified Skilled Worker Consortium" will consist of a headquarters, a support organization subcommittee, a host company subcommittee, etc. Its main activities will include collecting and analyzing actual data to understand the situation for each residence status and to advance system design, organizing information across industries and publishing reports, defining and standardizing the "ideal form of acceptance" in each field, and making policy proposals and voicing opinions for system improvement (details to follow).

Currently, as a first step, we are proceeding with collaborations with registered support organizations involved in the specified skilled worker field, and we plan to announce participating organizations and companies in the consortium sequentially. We are also recruiting participating organizations and companies that endorse the purpose of this consortium.
