Masato Arisawa, Representative Director of HR GENESIS Inc. / Senior Advisor, Isuzu Motors Limited / Former Managing Executive Officer & CHRO, Isuzu Motors Limited
After graduating from the Faculty of Business and Commerce at Keio University, he joined Kyowa Bank (now Resona Bank) in 1984. After obtaining his MBA in the US, he was in charge of HR and corporate planning. In 2004, he moved to HOYA, a Japanese precision machinery maker, where he promoted the design and operation of global HR systems and the introduction of succession plans. In 2009, he served as the Executive Officer in charge of HR at AIU Insurance (now AIG General Insurance), building Japan's unique job grading and evaluation systems. From 2012, as the head of global HR at Kagome, he established a common worldwide HR system and served as Managing Executive Officer and CHO. He established HR GENESIS Inc. in 2024. He assumed the position of CHRO at Isuzu Motors from April 2025, driving the execution of HR strategies based on human capital management.

Joined the Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries in 1983. Studied abroad as a Fulbright Scholar at Georgetown University in the US in 1990 and obtained an MBA in 1992.
